To say the service team at Lyle Bongard’s RV is amazing is an understatement. My wife and I are travelling across Canada from BC in a 2021 Roadtrek Class B RV (camper van) and a couple of days ago we discovered a water leak with the bathroom sink. We contacted Lyle Bongard’s (based on a Google search and their reviews) knowing we would be in Fredericton in a couple of days and asked if they might be able to fit us in. Tina Belanger, the service manager, without hesitation, said yes and we arranged the day we would stop in. They addressed the issue as soon as we arrived, with Jared, the RV tech, quickly identifying that the tap was faulty and leaking. A new tap, which was not the same one as the existing one, was installed, and unfortunately, it also leaked. Without hesitation, Tina and her colleague Mike called around to find a replacement tap that was the same as the one that we had. Tina literally rushed to pick it up and Jared immediately installed it, and the leak was resolved. Tina and Mike were incredibly understanding and helpful and they went above and beyond to help us. We can’t say enough good things about the service team at Lyle Bongard’s RV, with Tina and Mike being absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Our sales guy Jason was amazing! He made us feel very welcome when we were there! He helped us sell our camper and kept in contact with us to let us know the progress! Couldn't ask for a better experience!! Thanks again, Jason for all your help, and when it comes time for us to buy another one, we will definitely come to you!!!

Tina, Mike & crew were phenomenal! Tina squeezed us in to an already very busy day, Mike made recommendations for our travel to Newfoundland and the mechanic gave us extremely helpful advice to ensure our fridge worked with gas. An amazing chat with another staff member when she found out we are residents of B.C. To top it off, the coffee was excellent!

After looking at campers elsewhere, the guys at Bongards made our decision to buy from them very easy. They were nothing but honest and helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be back some day and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a camper.

Great experience. Friendly, accommodating, not pushy. Had a cranky toddler after a long day and they provided snacks and their favourite show. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Tina and Troy were fantastic. A colony of mice made the top of the fridge in our camper their home over the winter and made one heck of a mess. Poor Troy was tasked with the terrible job, but he went above and beyond to get rid of the mess and the smell.

Super helpful and competent. Service department fitted us right in, when we were passing through. Troy diagnosed our water pump problem and had it fixed in minutes. Really friendly team. Highly recommend.

Had the best service possible by the best staff. We needed our water pump replaced and Jared replaced it on the spot. Shout out to Tina who got us in pronto and postponed her glass of wine and watching Judge Judy!

This team is the best by far if you are looking to buy an rv. 120% Peter showed us almost everything on the lot. We picked one right away after i asked to see the old stock. Probably should have led with that. But he did work hard for his money that day. There past closing. Please note they all look better in the daylight. Darian worked the numbers the next day and got us the best deal by 230pm. He told us new safety things about our older motorhome that we kept. Very knowledgeable. This team is funny as hell and you will find yourself talking about everything 🤣 Darian loves dogs so bring your puppy with you to sign your contract. They never seem to run out of water. I love their warranty. Seems like the best one I ever seen. Hopefully Jason can fit this sucker down our driveway without using the warranty or we will have to meet Tina. We never met Tina in the service department but they talk about her a lot. I guess we don't meet her until have to be serviced or to actually use our warranty. Lol Great team I'm sure they can find anything you want. Highly recommend. 👌 Darian listen to your wife and bring your dog with you to work. He's lonely since you won't get him a puppy sibling. Can never have enough dogs!

Simple words cannot express how amazing the sales and service team are at Lyle Bongards RV. From the moment Jason introduced himself, he took the time to truly listen to what our needs are in an RV and ensured that the 2025 Forest River Wildwood 27REX was the perfect RV for us. His extensive knowledge of the product and his 100% honesty was so refreshing and appreciated. All of the sales and finance staff are very friendly and always happy to chat. Tina, the Service Manager, is a force to be reckoned with! She makes sure that when you there for your orientation, you are 100% satisfied and that your RV is 100% perfect if not, it doesn’t leave until it is! All questions are answered HONESTLY! Hands down, this is the best place to go for an RV sales or service!

Will sell your camper. Checked with another consignment seller in the area and the lead person was a modern day snake oil salesman. One of their success stories was sold in TWO years. With Lyle Bongard’s it was totally different. No lot fees, it was sold in a month, and the pricing was all sorted out up front. If you’ve a camper you have moved on from, talk to Jason and Darian!

Just a quick note to say thank you. We are travelling from Ontario to NS and stopped at Mactaquac Provincial Park for the night. On our way we stopped in to get some advice on our set up- we were noticing some sway but not on the trailer. The young fella that opened up shop this morning (Aug 3) suggested that we increase our truck tire pressure. Great call- pulls like a dream now. Rest of the trip will be less stressful!

Where do I start? We had the best experience purchasing our new travel trailer at Lyle Bongard's RV Sales. We travelled around Moncton and Fredericton looking for our new trailer and could have purchased somewhere else. It really did come down to how we were treated. From the very beginning to leaving the lot we were welcomed, listened to and given the opportunity to think and discuss on our own. This all boils( no pun intended, I think we chose the hottest days to do this) down to a great staff who not only look out for their customers but look after each other. Very thankful we stopped in!

From the second we walked in to browse, to when we drove away with our camper, we were beyond happy with our experience. We purchased our first travel trailer from the CRC RV family with the help of Melissa, Darian, Steve to Tina. Despite being off season everybody were responsive and accommodating and made our purchase experience a pleasant one. Looking forward to take possession in a few weeks! We took possession in April and working with CRC Bonguart Darian to have my unit serviced. He went above and beyond and work with sister stores and we find a store closer to my place to have it serviced in the future. My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer from CRC Bongard’s RV Sales in May 2023 and were pleased with the whole experience. Dale Craig, our sales rep was extremely helpful, responsive and accomodating and never pushy. Darian was also great to deal with and provided excellent customer service. While delivery took a little longer than we’d hoped, in the end, we’re satsified to know that the team puts a lot of extra care and attention to the pre-delivery inspection. I noticed every possible joint and seam has been caulked and sealed throughly and professionally. As expected, we noticed a few minor aesthetic flaws inside. Darian assured us Jayco will fix these issues as part of the warranty. Overall, we love our trailer and the excellent customer service we received.
